I've been in the mortgage business for more than 20 years, starting back in 2003. What drew me in was personal: at 17, I watched my parents separate, and I traced much of that breakdown to poor communication and a lack of financial understanding. I made it my mission to master how money really works. Bilingual in English and Spanish, I got my start helping families in Long Island, New York navigate complex paperwork, then grew through major institutional banks like Chase and Wells Fargo before moving into direct lending and independent brokerage.

What I love most is saving the "impossible" deals - turning stress and chaos into optimism, and breaking down intimidating loan guidelines into bite-sized, digestible pieces. I specialize in the scenarios other lenders turn away: self­employed and non-traditional buyers (Non-QM, bank-statement, and asset­depletion programs), investors and developers (commercial, fix-and-flip, and ground-up construction), and niche direct lending through high-performing lenders the big banks can't access. Being bilingual, I guide every client in Spanish or English so they feel confident and informed. My approach is simple: zero assumptions and total verification - I never guess or make empty promises. Expect straight answers, complete clarity, an educational approach, and predictable outcomes from application to closing.

I'm based in Central Florida, where Orlando Magazine recognized me in 2022 as a Top Mortgage Loan Officer. I'm a devoted husband and proud father, grounded in my faith, family, and community. Outside of work I'm an artist at heart - I paint acrylic on canvas in three-dimensional styles, and I write original music and poetry. And more than anything, I love hockey; the grit, teamwork, and energy of the game carry into everything I do.
